Complicated and not built user friendly

Not user friendly

Not easy to navigate and not easy to finger out what is the outstanding credit balance before your have to interest unless you open the statement. Other banks apps more customer friendly than EIB

I have 2 credit cards, I setup my online account but only showing 1 credit card! 🤷‍♂️

Best security on app

As compared to other banks security on online purchase is good as a customer hassle free and tension free for any online purchase Ronnie

All other applications accepts face log in why not this app

They don't answer phone calls.

Why can’t I update my phone number on this app or on the website?

Why can’t I update my phone number on this app or on the website? Now I have to go into a branch and wait for anything up to 20-30 minutes to get a simple process done.

The worse app from the worse bank

Emirates Islamic bank is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. Their app is the worse app.

Update-Hopeless customer service

Once you’re not resident of the UAE, the bank will do everything to complicate your life and makes it impossible to close your account, resulting in you paying hundreds and hundreds of extra charges. - UPDATE - Don’t get lured by the “we regret bla bla bla, we will contact you shortly bla bla bla”. I have sent them an email explaining that I don’t have a local number anymore and therefore I cannot access my account online nor on the app. Their answer? “You need a local number to access you account”. Really dude? Are you serious?? Is that what you call “Help”, “Assistance”????

Constant issue with password

I have to constantly update my passwordand the app doesnt allow me to use faceid its getting frustrating to use this bank
