Don’t be fooled
This is not a tracker! It’s just recipes easily found on the internet. Waste of $$$.
Not what I expected
Unfortunately this app doesn’t do what I anticipated and there’s no refund. Read the reviews carefully if you’re considering a purchase.
Nutrition numbers
I have been using the app for a couple of months and so far I am pleased. Nice selection of meals and easy to swap meals if need be. It would be a nice if there was a break down of the nutritional component of each meal. I am counting calories and the percentages of intake of protein, fat and carbs. Also, my intake of sodium, potassium, fiber etc… Adding this feature would greatly enhance this app and make a very good app, great.

I was charged $47 for a year prescription! The app advertised that it was twenty something.
Not worth the money
All it is is a list of recipes that you subscribe to for $12 a month. Not worth it. If it was like the Keto app where it gave you tons of info about the diet and blood pressure/weight tracking options, then it may be worth it. But it’s just a recipe book you subscribe to monthly. Just find that online for free.
Trail period
I signed up for monthly and was to receive 7 days free. I was charged immediately out of my account. I am trying to get a refund. And have cancelled. This is not the diet for me.
