As the data resides on your devices it is fast and responsive. The cloud sync works in the back ground. All the relevant information is linked and synced. I love the focus on projects and opportunities. The mail updates on IOS are excellent.

14/11/2019 If you don’t live in Central American time zone no webinars as you don’t exist. Reports are lightweight only - you can’t tinker with them and as an experienced excel user this really frustrating. Have been using since 2013 and am constantly disappointed with this platform. They have moved to cloud so now we have to pay annually for no apparent gain except I don’t have to look after my server any more. Back up suppliers are few and don’t offer more than one webbinair a decade in Australia. I would not recommend any more. Pity as it had so much to offer. 29/3/2019 1-Used to be able to import from IOS and still cannot. When i try on my iPad the system wants finds the searched contact and when selected Daylite wants to add or make a totally random name which has nothing to do with the selected contact. Oh, and yes, I like to keep my contacts separate from Daylite. 2-Reports are pretty good by why can’t we just publish them to excel? Surely not that hard to achieve. 3-Still have not managed to change user email addresses and one user got locked out when upgrading because Daylite had used her iCloud address instead of her existing address and as her iCloud was switched off she could not access Daylite. 17/3/2019 : Just completed the cloud install after 6 years as a customer. Shocking. Awful! No list to guide you, system changes all the users email addresses and you have to reset all the passwords but no one tells you this until you find out for yourself. They even hide their software page. Saved by Google! For $27 a month per user it’s over the top. No new reports built in. No webinairs unless you live in Canadian time zone either. We are being taken for granted as users. Now looking for something else. DL now Showing all the signs of Now up to date and contact. How very sad! ————————— March 2018 : It is a good program but dear oh dear v 6 is a bit of a dog. Not ready for release yet but I am here so so be it. Nice people but no back up if you don’t live in North American time zone which is bummer. They won’t even say when they are open in users time zone. How easy would that be ? “We are open 9 to 5”. Yes, what relevance to me in Oz. Don’t even know or care if u r west or east coast!!! This is what killed Now up to date. Release too early.

DO NOT INSTALL ON MAC. Installs a sidebar in Mac Mail that I've spent over a hour trying to remove. Cannot simply be uninstalled like any other program.

Great but needs,...

Great but the ability for users to create their own reports and also the ability to add sub tasks to the template pipelines would be fantastic

Outstanding

I've used Daylite since V3 and each iteration makes the application easier and more intuitive to use. This latest cloud based version takes away the hassle of managing the server side and simply works. Nothing is indispensable, but thus sure comes close for me.
