Two years that I can’t access to my online banking
I broke my phone two years ago, and after a lot of back and forth I managed to restore the authentication app. Now everytime I try to log in, I insert everything they need me to, including the otp code, just to receive a message “a problem has occurred, please try again or contact customer support”. Now, it’s a year and a half that I have tried everything and have contacted costumer support to NO ANSWER whatsoever. I NEED to access to my bank account so some help would be great. Useless.
