DB Secure Authenticator

I broke my phone two years ago, and after a lot of back and forth I managed to restore the authentication app. Now everytime I try to log in, I insert everything they need me to, including the otp code, just to receive a message “a problem has occurred, please try again or contact customer support”. Now, it’s a year and a half that I have tried everything and have contacted costumer support to NO ANSWER whatsoever. I NEED to access to my bank account so some help would be great. Useless.

Deutche bank particularly spain is the worse bank I have ever come across . They don’t give a s…t, rude and no customer service to support. I would be very happy to self serve myself if only they can get their act together to make life easy to activate their apps. Try calling them ? I hope to soon move away soon. Painful 15 years of experience .

Trying to open app but it instantaneously crashes. It is the most updated version what I have

Keeps crashing since iOS 15 and it’s never been fixed, so I’m locked out from my DB account. This MUST be fixed. Crash happens as soon as Face ID starts or when I manually type the pin.

I have the new iphone 14 pro and the app crashes immediately upon opening on ios 16.0.1

Very single step is Overcomplicated from receiving your details, installing this app, authenticating the device to the actual login to bank account. DB User experience team you should look into this.

Worked fine at first but this latest update means it just opens & instantly closes. Very poor indeed for a bank of DB’s size.

It used to work but now just crashes every time I try to login using it. I was advised to update it but there is no update available

Not only does the ‘new, improved app’ crash immediately you open it, meaning you can’t access anything (and causing me a totally wasted day of trying everything I could think of to get it to work), but apparently if you can’t get access via the app, you are automatically blocked from getting access online too. Well done DB: yet again!
