The website has a way better layout, functions better and is more customisable. On the App I feel like it can be too difficult to find the page I am looking for. However, on the website it is more like a character sheet and seems familiar which is great. I just believe the website version is better than the app. BRING THE WEBSITE VERSION TO THE APP! It only makes sense for them to be same at least.

Love using this in one-shot DnD sessions. Enables me to create a new custom character in seconds…though it’s because I’m familiar with the app that it only takes seconds. I normally use the ‘duplicate character’ function for easy character modification, which in essence, is a quicker way to create new characters that are vaguely similar to the original. It will take everyone new to this app, ~1 hour, to create their first character, based on experience and trying to learn everything needed for character creation. Using a character in a DnD game, with digital dice, felt easy once I was familiar with the app but not initially intuitive unless you randomly press buttons and realise what those buttons do when trying to roll dice.
Why do you no get a code for the books if you have a real copy? Why should pay more.
Incredibly useful app for all of your D&D needs. However there are things that can’t be done in the app and needs to be in a browser on the web site, that is super annoying please fix this. Otherwise, I wonderfully useful tool.
So good I love it every time I use my iPad I always play it but idea for it is that it should have the links to the website to find things and request for help but still a amazing game everyone should get it :)
I love the character sheets in this app - it’s all set up and clickable, and the reference for an ability is built in with the library of content. I also use this when I’m running an adventure to keep the campaign and sourcebooks available and ready. It’s all integrated nicely. I would like more support for encounters inside campaigns. They are a bit disconnected and not produced automatically from the published adventures. This would be a good enhancement.
It’s so easy to make characters and roll But it’s a lot of money to get subclasses and spells I have physical books and I don’t wanna buy them again could u make a way to scan the books for the app
This app is one of the best apps I have on my phone, and that’s not because I don’t have apps. This app lets you create all your dnd characters that fit in with all of the official material, as well as your own home-brew content, weather that be classes, races, factions, or rules! it allows you to access all the basic rules, as well as the basic starter campaign: The Lost Mine of Phandelver. This app allows anybody to play dnd, as long as they have an email and an internet connection. Not to mention the online store where you can purchase any dnd book from campaign books to played guides. I have had many a time where I’ve forgotten a rule, monster, or any other piece of general information whilst mid dm-ing for my party and scrambled to this app for answers and information. It’s brilliant, highly recommended!
Oh you have the physical books? Oh yeah you will have to buy them again at full price if you want to use any of the subclasses or any decent feats on your character, this app was never designed to be used in tandem with the books or homebrews
