I keep on having to sign in and then cannot get to the article. It just goes round and round

Worst app ever

Constantly having to re enter credentials and/or delete and reinstall app

Offline Access?

What is the use of allowing someone to download the magazine if we cannot open your app when we are offline and read the downloaded magazine? It seems like one problem gets fixed (having to uninstall and reinstall every time the app updates) and another serious issue arises. It feels like Decanter simply doesn’t understand (or care, maybe?) how subscribers to their “premium” service want to read their material. smh

Very unreliable

Always freezing, you need to relogin frequently so just really unreliable.

Log In Frustration

The app continually asks me to log in. Once I do and click an article, it again requires log in. And so it goes indefinitely and I’m never able to actually read anything on the app. I prefer just using the web site. Log in once and I am granted access to all premium articles. The app is basically unusable.

How Hard is This, Really?

Let me get this right. People have been creating apps for a long time now. Magazine apps are not that hard. Yet Decanter - which charges real money for Decanter Premium - can’t seem to put together an app which actually works, consistently or correctly? If you drinking the product, perhaps time to start spitting and focus on the business. This is getting quite tiresome.

This app couldn’t get any worse if they tried. Completely unreliable, month after month after month. Waste of time. I have asked for a refund.

The Links Don’t Work!

An app from a high quality (allegedly) magazine that doesn’t work on an iPad? Really?

Worst paid app I’ve ever used

Rarely works when opened....typically have to logout and then back in to access anything

Poor User Experience

I’ve been a premium subscriber for 6 months now and I think this app has worked once. it locks up constantly on the iPhone. For a premium price I would expect something that works consistently. Very disappointed.
