Before listening to this app, I will go to bed in the early hours of morning and often stay in bed into the afternoon, I now have a healthier sleep pattern; bed at 22:00 and rise at 0800; feeling much more motivated to complete tasks.

I’ve been using this app for years on & off with different iPhones. I only use the hypnosis night time session which I can access easily. Paul’s voice is hypnotic, with deep rich tones that send me off to sleep more often than not. If I don’t sleep it’s normally because I’ve had too much caffeine in the day but I feel rested even if I’ve not slept. I sometimes use the app if I need a power nap in the day.. 100% recommend & his other apps
Very disappointed. The hypnosis session is good but I have to delete and upload each night to make it work.
The hypnosis track is good. Unfortunately you can only listen to it through the app, which crashes every day. Restarting your phone solves it for that day but the next time you play the track you need to restart the phone again.
Insomnia can be the most lonely thing ever… this really helps.
I’d bought the original version of this snd now they seem to have been updated (not by very much either) and I’ve had to rebuy them.
This is the first time I have used a Paul McKenna App, or indeed any app to help me sleep. I followed it to the letter. My sleep had improved no end to the point I mostly wake in the morning and not at 3am. On the rare time I do wake in the night, I manage to get back to sleep quickly. I can’t wait for other apps to be released! I only wished he did one for language learning! (Hint hint🤞🏻) 🤩
Now I’m in day 8 and it’s started repeating itself. A waste of money. Nothing helpful in here that I didn’t know already. A waste of money. All the nighttime sessions seem the same. And where’s the “get back to sleep” session he mentions? It’s referred to by 2 names in as many minutes but is not on the sessions list. Also, those “panic” things are so rushed they just increase the panic rather than reassure you.
This app works on the assumption that you are getting some sleep. I’m not, therefore it’s of no use to me. Waste of money.
I have always found Paul McKenna’s books and apps very helpful. This has been brilliant in getting me back to sleeping deeply and peacefully in a good sleep routine after nearly two years of insomnia.
