I love this app. It’s useful, informative and well-made. I’ve had it since it started, and been following Ella for a long time before that. I’m giving it 5 stars because of its various features and innovativeness, and because it is a great tool to use every day or to return to when looking for delicious food or calm. It is also very fairly priced considering the amount of content it has. However, I would like to add that I started using it less and less due to the frequency of the use of the same strong tasting ingredients, such tamari, peanut butter and miso. I feel that many recipes taste the same because of this, even though the rest of the ingredients are different. I still recommend it, though, it’s not just for cooking, and if you only use it for cooking, you will learn a lot about veggies and plants and make many delicious meals.

What a fantastic app! I am in love with Feel Better: amazing recipes, such a huge variety of exercises, loads of beautiful, useful meditations. My favorite ia the mindfulness section, I listen to them on a daily basis and each of them are a gem on its own. I especially love Ella’s affirmations and meditations of Jess, Aisha and Roxy. Thank you!

Everything I need
Perfect app with amazing recipes. Ella showed me that I can cook amazing food even with my intolerances. The podcasts and the yoga exercises on the app are also remarkable.
I changed my phone and unfortunately since then the front page is just loading - nothing happens. Restarting the phone, deleting and reinstalling is not helping. I hope the next update will fix it, this is my favourite app ever!

Amazing recipes, yoga videos
I love this app so much, I cook a new dish every week or so from it, and regularly doing yoga from the videos. Also the guided meditation recordings are amazing for winding down or finding calm in a busy life.
Love the app
I’ve edited my review as the app offers so much. I’m still not happy about prices going up and up, but once you start exploring the various elements you can see that they are re-investing and continually improving it. The recipes are so tasty, exercises really useful and soundscapes are great too.
Disappointed
I’ve just downloaded the app. Lots of alleged recipes but no shopping list or methods. I’m not sure why I’ve downloaded it.
Loads better than Asana Rebel!
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and I LOVE it. The recipes are genius, easy to follow and super tasty. The banana muffins, peanut stew and raw oat bars are my favourite.
I love the yoga workouts, especially Ella’s classics! And the meditation is actually engaging, which is making it more accessible for me.
It’s making self care much easier for me, and I’m very grateful for that.
I downloaded asana rebels today to check it out, after being hounded on insta, it’s rubbish compared to this app, so I’ve requested a refund.

Meditation
I practice the short meditation’s most mornings before the school run and work. I particularly find Jess really calming. Since practicing my mindset is so much brighter, particularly on these days where I feel anxious and overwhelmed. I also enjoy your recipes. Thank you for such a lovely app that I now see as my self care treat.
