This app is amazing for healthy recipes, exercise plans and general well being - love it
An absolute godsend
Having recently had a baby and just gone back to work, it feels like there is no time for anything, and the thought of “self care” felt laughable. This app has been so helpful for planning our meals and getting our nutrients in during this busy time, but my very best is the little self care section. In spare moments with baby in her crib next to me I’ve been watching these videos (with sound off) and honestly it feels like a little trip to a spa. It is so amazing to be able to relax in these stolen moments. Thank you so much for this app. I can’t wait to have time for the yoga!

Best app, shopping list not working on new update
My all time favourite app - use it everyday. Sadly the option to add your own (none recipe) items to the list doesn’t seem to work.
