I love this app! I mostly use it for exercise (primarily yoga) and mindfulness/meditation, but ones in a while for cooking. Would like to cook much more from it but unfortunately this kind of food doesn’t fly with my eight year-old. Though I’ve made her some great smoothies from here :)
Best app
I think it's the app I use the most. I love all the recipes but also all the meditation practices and yoga classes and Pilates, and there are so many more classes for all toes of people! Totally addicted 🤗
One of a kind
This app is outstanding. They’ve thought of everything. It’s so easy to workout, find moments of mindfulness and find healthy and inspiring recipes. The plan section is very useful for when I need that extra focus and help staying committed.
Second review
This is the second time I write a review just because I think this app deserves the praise. There is so much thought and effort put into every detail of it. I’m a single mother with two small kids and I cook from this app every day. My kids love the recipes, they are easy to make and I see a huge difference in our energy levels. I started to meditate every day now and it’s completely changing my life. The breath work exercise are amazing and I feel more patience, joy and gratefulness throughout the day. My kids feel it ❤️❤️ I’ve recommended this app to all of my friends, it’s a platform that elevates all aspects of your wellbeing. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My go- to app for Vegan recipes!
About a year ago, our family made the switch to a Vegan lifestyle. It took about 4 months to transition our kitchen pantry, fridge and freezer. I honestly use this app every week for inspiration and feeding our family of 4. I just made the Sweet Potato + Blackbean dish for lunch (yes lunch at home during the work week) and it was super easy and amazing. Suprisingly, I had everything in my pantry. Thank you so much! Recipes AND exercise
I bought this app about a year ago after deciding to go vegan, and there are so many recipes and food inspiration in there. The UI and search could be better, but it’s adequate (and I work as a tester so I might be a bit picky).
BUT this year I realized that there is also so much to exercise content in there: yoga, Pilates, cardio and more! And the sessions I’ve tried thus far are really good.
I would highly recommend this app for both recipes and exercise, and I would also recommend even if you are just interested in one of the two.
Maybe there’s even more in there I haven’t discovered yet!
