Very limited providers when there are free apps that have all the providers globally. I purchased the app long time ago for full features and they decided to cut any kind of service to me, even though they say they still provide services to me as a customer who purchased it. They are asking now for a subscription that doesn’t really offer anything you can’t find for less or free. Very limited delivery providers and many times it has stayed outdated and the APIs to connect the app with the delivery providers doesn’t work. IMO, get another app because even for free it has many service interruptions, very limited delivery providers support and so you can rely on it.

First of all, you have to pay a subscription just to try it because the developers haven’t written clearly in the description which postal/courier services the app support. Their description is “support of dozens”. So I paid to check it out. And it only supports a dozen. Almost none postal service from Europe. If the App Store supported negative rates I would gladly give it to them. Junecloud, this isn’t the way to treat your potential customers. For every European users stay away from this app. They’re plenty out there who respect their clients, even the free ones like AfterShip.

In free version you can’t do anything. So I can’t even test if I like the app. So unacceptable. Too bad because it looked promising.

This is simply the best delivery tracker app! What more can I say!

Not notifications Not working with TNT COURIER not answers from the developer

I was surprised that Greek postal services, like ELTA, ACS Courier and Geniki, are not supported. Hope to see them added in the near future.

Useful app but very limited support of delivery services. Not a single Greek postal or courier service.

The app is very good but need some more.1) Pls add the Greek post offices-courier ( ELTA-ELTA COURIER-ACS-GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI-SPEEDEX) 2) Make easier the menu. For example if we want to make favorite or delete some company,we can swipe left to make it FAVORITE or delete it 3) Make the menu easier if we want to found a company without have to go in section OTHER -show all etc... Generally As an app,idea,maps etc is very very good. Once you give us Greek post offices you will have 5 star.

I use tracking apps all the time and chose to buy this, based on its features. Unfortunately so far - after one month - I haven't been able to use it not ONCE! I use Singpost and NLpost for my packages and tried to use the app with these two. Unfortunately it doesn't work! The app doesn't support at ALL Singpost so nothing here. So sad! On the other hand it supposedly supports NLpost but when I add my CORRECT zip code it never manages to send me a tracking information. I contacted support but after two weeks I have nothing from them.
