Used this app previously for years and loved it. Just came back to it and after purchasing for the year, found out it no longer tracks FedEx or UPS deliveries in the app. This is the message it presents me: “Tracking information for this service is not available in Deliveries. Use the “view online” button to check the latest information.”
Great app. Have been a fan for years but a monthly sub? Wow. You will own nothing and like it. Just give a 50$ lifetime sub or something.
Used to be the gold standard and now barely functional. Do NOT buy this app.
When I started using this app about, it was SO helpful! I could keep track of orders, returns, etc. all on one screen. Now, I can still add to the list but have to click each individual link to check the actual status. The “at a glance” dashboard was the most convenient part about it, in my opinion. It’s unfortunate and frustrating that the app seems to be moving “backwards” instead of progressing forward. I’m searching for similar apps to take the place of this one and it makes me sad. But, convenient and user-friendly are priorities not focused on here. It was good while it lasted!
UPS deliveries can no longer be tracked. I emailed JuneCloud about it but received no response.
I loved this app, but unfortunately, I’m finding it no longer supports MAJOR CARRIERS, like FedEx, UPS, DHL. I was even willing to overlook the subscription thing, cause they do make beautiful apps, but what’s the point of being beautiful if the functionality isn’t there? I’ve gone on the hunt for a new application and there are a few out there that do a better job, but few are as visually pleasing. Please fix this!!!
Paid for 2 years. Worked at first but i guess fedex and ups either starter charging for api pulls or developer just let it break, hasnt properly notified of ups or fedex packages in app for almost a year, you gave to click a link to go to the carriers site to see progress… didnt wanna havr to leave and give a bad review but unless this gets completely revamped, its a $5 a year app which makes you pay that for essentially just being a notepad tracking numbers and when youre ready to see progress you go into the app just to click links to the web. at this point copying and paste it from your email into the carrier site is a better values than this
I really love this app and was more than happy to pay the subscription price. Actually, I would have been willing to pay more. However, when the app stopped being able to track UPS shipping, it no longer was very useful for my purposes. This makes me sad because the other tracking apps I've tried aren't nearly as simple and accurate with tracking.
Be aware that the app tracking does not support AliExpress or outside US delivery services. I don’t like that I have to use another app to track these outside delivery services. The good is it does track my Amazon purchases and all basic us services.
