I recently had a terrible experience with Desertcart. Not only did they fail to deliver my order, but they also managed to steal money from my account without any notification. Here are the details: Unauthorized Charges: Desertcart deducted SAR 799 and SAR 25 from my account without my consent. Shockingly, they didn’t even bother to inform me about these transactions. Poor Customer Support: When I reached out to their customer care, they were unhelpful and unsupportive. Instead of addressing my issue, they brushed it off. Avoid This App: I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Desertcart. Their unethical practices and lack of transparency make them an unreliable platform.
