Pro membership fee AED700 (most expensive in UAE) Delivery time - 4 to 7 days Delivery charges AED 150 and above (even DHL ‘s same day delivery costs less than that) Products availability - 40% chance that you will not find the product you are looking for. Better to search in other online stores. 30% of the products listed will be cancelled after you order because of the perishable nature of the product or some other reasons. Products are 10-20% marked up than your average online store. Pros - Customer service will respond instantly. And in case of cancelled orders, money will be refunded almost on the same day.

As for my personal experience i advice you to look for alternative. Don’t waste your time on this.

Be careful from this unprofessional online service They will try to mislead you in order to charge you for a pro service amount 699 AED. While they try to protect themselves by sending an email and after 1 month without any prior notification that debit the amount from your credit card I hope i can help someone to avoid getting scammed from theft BAD SERVICE AND BAD APPROACH !!!

The rates either shipping or prices are over the roof!!

This is the worst online shop ever. They have ZERO customer service. I made an order and it was never shipped. I asked for a refund, they shared a number claiming since it was paid by a digital wallet (Apple Pay) they can’t refund to the credit card. And asked me to share this number with my bank to execute the refund. I went to my bank. And my bank couldn’t recognise a number and requested me to ask them to share a swift message details . I went back to desertcart and they mentioned that this number is the only thing they could share and they are unable to share a swift message. This is the worst online shopping experience and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

So bad app !!
