Removed all record of my order after charging me
This is not a reliable platform. I placed an order on the 2nd of April, and was told it would arrive latest on the 8th. After going back and forth with their customer service agent, I can no longer find any record of the order on their app and on my account, after they charged my card. It’s like I never placed an order, but I have the emails with the order number and bank debit alert to prove the transaction. I won’t advise anyone to purchase anything through them. They seem fake.
