Really enjoy designing rooms but wish there was more understanding of what the design categories are. Some get great points and are not close to the brief. Also wish that one’s inventory was in alphabetical order by designer as it would be easy to find items necessary for challenges. Really enjoy scenery and room layout. I don’t spend money on games so sometimes are without diamonds when needing to buy items, especially floor rugs etc. Do enjoy seeing designs of others.
Now all new items are extortionately priced, and if you don’t do over the top designs with the featured items or new themed items, you just get bad points, even if your room perfectly matches the actual brief whereas others don’t. So basically they are forcing you to spend money whereas previously you had a good chance of being competitive even without spending tons of money. Also, more cats or other pets please, they have tons of dogs, but hardly anything else.

I have been playing the game for a few years and used to really enjoy it. But recently it is becoming more and more difficult to get a 5 star design without buying the decor or furniture bundles. It was ok when these bundles came around every few months but now it is every week and to get a decent score you are constantly needing to pay real world money more and more for these bundles. The daily 500 diamond rewards doesn’t even stretch to a pot plant let alone a carpet or a sofa so to be able to complete the challenges you have to spend more real world money to buy diamonds. Even the cash furniture is way more expensive than it used to be… so again you need to spend real world money to advance. The game is one big money pit and all my enjoyment has been sucked out of it. I have decided to quit because it is just too expensive and I can’t afford it anymore
Love this game however the App is always lagging even when I clear the cache or restart the app or phone. Also, designs completed don’t all show in my library they have “loading circle” constantly. Nowhere to mention for App support
Developers are getting too greedy. All new carpets are diamonds purchase only. Then introducing pets for diamonds only - these are living beings, not decor accessories. Table settings - single use only purchase - no thanks. Used to be great , but becoming far less value for entertainment dollar. Declining interest and playing less.
New player here. Great concept but almost impossible to continue playing without purchasing more currency or diamonds, which is a massive put off. If you want to retain and convert players, then some thought needs to be put into bringing the rewards up. Currently, they simply don’t stack up with the spend required to complete a design.
Only way to get higher scores is to spend money .. and even then it’s not guaranteed.
Ok, yes I have only had this for a few hours, but I am really enjoying it. I was trying to find a designing app that didn’t have to take measurements or anything like that. And this is perfect for that type of thing. But it’s only the furniture that you get to choose. I really wish I could also design more rooms, like a hallway or something. Maybe even schools or offices. Without that, I do feel like after a while it might get a bit boring. I read some of the other reviews and one said that the colours were hard to work with. For me, they have been fine. Usually white, sometimes navy but not unusal colours. I’m not sure if that’s just because I haven’t played enough or not. The reviews also talked about the voting. Honestly, I don’t really understand how it works so I can’t really say anything. So yeah. With all of that, I’ll give it a four, because it is fun, but I have a feeling it will get boring after a while, and it could have more.
Love this game but I’ve already completed all of my homes and really want more
