It used to work fine and since the update it’s been useless. Problems: -doesn’t remember settings from previous use -remote controls completely out of whack -text jumps back to intro randomly when being used -speed increments too far apart -updating the app also wiped out all old texts All in all, impossible to use. Absolutely hating this new version. Bring the old one back and stop wasting time and money on “improvements.”

The app used to work well. Until the update and revamp with new look and features. It is really bad now. It is harder to copy scripts is as they no longer hold format of gap between paragraphs and it keeps resetting when running a script and abruptly ending mid flow and returning to the start. Only way around is to pause every few paragraphs - this makes mockery of using autocue. Please just get rid of this version and bring back the old. This is terrible and unusable. I am going to have to find a different app to use with my promoter if not

the new version it’s useless. Why change what was already working!??

Now with the newer version, my controller doesn’t work the same as it used to, and the parameters for adjusting everything keep resetting themselves. After using this prompter for quite some time, I’m very disappointed.

No surprise why its only 2 stars. Do yourself a favor. Don’t install this crap.

Unlike other reviewers I’ve had no issues pasting text in, but there are some improvements needed. There’s no text width option and there needs to be finer speed control. The fast end of the slider is so fast you’d only use it if you’re an American advert voiceover artist doing the legal disclaimer about medication causing heart attacks. At the slower end I find it really difficult to get the speed exactly right. A ‘stepper’ or text style input with speeds 1-100 would be more user-friendly.

Discovered that pasting in a script from word resulted in a blank screen when pressed play. Which is very annoying. Eventually found a workaround which is to paste your script into a Facebook messenger message to yourself, send and then copy from there, which bizarrely seems to work when pasting from so many other apps didn’t work. But shouldn’t have to go to such lengths.

Why would you not include a text width option? Useless.

Hopeless- unless you want to type all the script into your phone by hand. Waste of time

When you make a script and then go back to edit it the changes are not saved. Not very useful!
