Separates each message into a line instead of keeping it in a thread??? Who would use it like this. Waste of money. Going open phone.
Phenomenal phone and communication tool. The call quality is great and you can consolidate all communication within the app.
Sound is excellent. They were really present to answer my questions until I subscribed, after that I was ghosted by the sales department regarding a subscription issue, and onboarding was mediocre. It’s so much work changing system but I guess it’s best I let go of my expectations with Dialpad.
Very bad customer service after I used the trial only I cancelled the service but they kept charging me with no questioning and they don’t even answer the phone or reply back to the emails that has been sent garbage company.
Dialpad is an excellent tool that we use daily in our clinic. We have two virtual assistants based in the Philippines, and despite us being located in Canada, the communication is seamless. The platform offers a wide range of features, some of which I haven't even explored yet. Whenever I have any questions or concerns, the customer service team is always readily available and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Dialpad for anyone in need of this type of service. It's a reliable app that deserves a 100% recommendation.
Super glitchy and buggy. Dropped calls. Dumb features. What a POS program.
I created an account and registered a number. 30 seconds later I receive an email my account was terminated. I contacted customer service to understand what happened and she opened a case for me. I receive another email Monday saying my account was terminated due to user policy violations and I was permanent and I have no idea what happened or what I did wrong while registering a number for my company.
