Non stop notifications
Even when you haven’t ordered food. There is no option in app to mute notifications and I don’t want to turn them off in my system settings because the delivery notifications are useful.

Payed for an order , made us wait 4hours to never receive anything and still get charged

Placed an order for pizza from Domino’s and they took my money, didn’t deliver any food, Dominos doesn’t answer my call, Didi doesn’t answer my call and they won’t refund me. DO NOT INSTALL.
Never received food and credited an useless coupon
Food never came three times. Called and received a useless coupon in the app that always pulls out error messages. Very bad experience and would not recommend.

El repartidor nunca llegó a entregar mi pedido llamé a DiDi ya que lo pague con tarjeta, y no me contestan , pésimo servicio de la aplicación , la aplicación no me arrojo información del repartidor ni número de teléfono

Cancelan los pedidos después de 1 hr de estar esperando, he tenido cobros no reconocidos en mi tarjeta y tardan mucho para solucionarlo. Mal servicio, no lo recomiendo

Más cuando pides en dominós nunca llega la pizza y ni didi ni dominós se hace responsable y pierdes tu dinero, así que si no quieren perder su dinero no descarguen esta app
