DO NOT USE DiDi. They let drivers steal money and you have no live help. My driver accepted my ride and then drove 32mins away from me and and it’s been over a hour and he hasn’t cancelled the ride… WORST RIDE SHARE APP IN NEW ZEALAND
Worst transportation app ever
I don’t know if its because of DiDis business model or the drivers, i tried using this app for many times just to end up waiting for so long and not getting accepted by any of the drivers. And I live in the heart of the city! I rather pay extra and receive the service. Uninstalled the app.
Very very bad app and drivers
Takes forever to find a ride and when you do eventually get one, the driver doesn’t move forcing you to either wait half an hour for them to cancel or cancel yourself and be charged a fee and then have to find another ride with a better app
Time to step up
The app is constantly sending me notifications. To disable some of the notifications, I need to log in / sign up. Unacceptable.
SCAMMM
DIDI IS A COMPLETE SCAM, the driver will drive right past you and claim you never showed up therefore making you pay additional cancelation fee. Another thing is that when you request a ride but cancel within the time frame didi still takes your money. The money is NEVER refunded. Just order yourself an uber, its not worth it, i have wasted 50 dollars for a service I never even got.
Unprofessional drivers
Driver will accept your ride then sit still for 10 minutes until you’re forced to cancel and get charged a fee. It would have been faster if I just took a bus. I ended up just using Uber
Thieves
This app doesn’t encourage their drivers to use legitimate contact details. I have lost my work keys and they had fallen unknowingly from my bag. Tried to contact the driver and the messaging feature was disabled and when I tried to call. The number was incorrect and invalid. I have no contact details and have to resort to emails. Ridiculous
Drivers always cancel
Hard to get rides. Drivers always cancelling.
Couldn’t even login
Tried to login with phone number, then ask to enter email, then error out saying registered email, but there is even no option to login with existing email. Ok try to login with google auth, then ask to enter email again , then error out saying registered email again. Just plainly pain as hell just to log in.
