Ordered ride when i was at the pick up so app can detect my location. But saw the driver coming towards me and then stop somewhere and say he had arrived and is quite a distance to walk towards him. And clock ticking 3mins away to cancellation charge and there is no way to comms driver or take a picture of where i was. So if driver is dishonest, he can go somewhere and say I was not there. And yup i got 50% cancellation charge. Stupid app. 2nd time happening to me driver at somewhere and waiting clock on me.

The customer support takes very long to reply

the name page no response after click skip. Password page also no response, very bad user experience

I put my visa credit card into Didi as payment method. But it won’t accept it. Just said that it is not going to add it for account safety, please contact customer service. I did contact customer service and they reply it is my bank card problem. I asked my bank they said nothing wrong with it because still available so long.

I used the app a year ago when I was in Australia. Today I see that I was randomly charged for a ride. Someone got into my account and started charging based on my saved card details. Only way to contact customer support is through the app and I can’t login now.

someone was able to get into my account and use my bank cards using my old number. awful security and very poor customer service. there is no way to contact support without access to the app.

Can not verify my Singapore mobile number It is 8 digit but it says Phone number is incorrect. The Country code above is set as Singapore +65

First step to verify your foreigner mobile number doesn’t work. How something so basic doesn’t work !!!!
