Geotag not working

raymond1990 on

Australia

Even though my geotag is accurate, the map continuously makes it so the driver picks up in a different area and then they cancel because they find me. Please fix!

Terrible

Mangomangomango88473738 on

Firstly, this company advertises one price and then when your card is charged it is actually double the advertised price! I told the driver to go one way and he went another, obviously to rack up pretend fees to then charge me double (from $20 to $40!). Secondly, I lodged a complaint on both the app and I sent a follow up email and never heard back back from anyone from Didi. I’ll never use them again and I’m warning all my friends away.

I can’t add a new card.

Edit to add: the error number is BC1000, what does this mean? I’m very over it. Just keeps saying you can’t update card in app but I can’t update card anywhere. The help centre is hopeless no way to contact a person. No message centre and the directions to update card are outdated. I love this service. But I can’t use it as I can’t put my current card in the app. Gahhhhhhhh

Driver didn't end the trip and over charged me

Jasz0105 on

And there is no way to contact customer service at all ! There is no such thing in the app ! Will never use again ! Uber experience is way better

Overpriced and misleading

justinecsq123 on

Australia

Don’t trust this app at all! I’ve been overcharged 3 times already with the driver not clarifying anything about additional prices for tolls etc. and it’s not just 2-3 over priced. It can go from $8+. I’m so deeply disappointed and unhappy. And didi has done nothing to help me. Awful app. Deleting it immediate and don’t trust them at all

Trash app

Bhupendra Gurung (DIDI Driver) SCAM ALERT!

B_nod on

Uber driving/ Didi Driving : uber drivers/ Didi drivers have to stop doing the favor to the uber company (picking riders free of cost) Time is money! Uber/Didi does not pay for time to pick someone up - thus undermines our effort, energy, time and finances (to keep up with car maintenance) Whoever expects to get picked up free in the middle of the night is also the part of the problem Uber/Didi driver too quiet (not too smart) and giveaway free pickups. If we contractor/subcontractor, we have the right to know how much we are getting from the trip beforehand and must know the pickup location and destination location beforehand. Both ride sharing companies are a rip off and racking up billions of dollars by enslaving poor underpaid drivers.

Hard to get a ride

mrob012 on

Australia

When I first booked I was told the car would be 9 minutes away. Keeps changing driver while I’m waiting for my ride. Changed to 3rd car. Keeps adding to the wait time. It’s been 15 minutes now and the car is still 10 minutes away. Let’s hope it doesn’t switch to another car that’s further away.

It's rubbish! If you accidentally leave something behind, you can never find it again.

Australia

I accidentally left my bag on the bus. The driver's virtual number was no longer available after I got off the bus. I searched for a long time but there was no customer service number. I sent an email and no one responded after a week. It's really rubbish. Don't use it. It's not as efficient as Uber.

Mishandled Complaints

Reviewer Anon on

Australia

I’ve been sexually harassed and treated badly by multiple drivers. Didi did offer a refund, but didn’t say what the consequences were for the drivers. That means I have no idea if they took it seriously. When I told them that on the call, they just repeated the same generic line. They also made me repeat the story twice, once in the app form and again by email. This is a harmful process when dealing with trauma.
