Requesting a trip is simple:

3. Once we’ve found a driver, you’ll be shown the driver and vehicle information. Please note: all our driver-partners are vetted before joining our platform. You can also check the driver’s pickup route and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
4. At the end of your trip, pay hassle-free using your preferred payment method directly in the app.
5. Safety first! Take a minute to learn how to set Trusted Contacts, use the Emergency Button or share your ride status using our in-app Safety Toolkit.

Your customer support not working
I wrote a claim about a trip where while I called taxi was sum of 252 and it was approved payment by card and when I reached my destination it changed to cash by itself became 305 plus driver told that with tolls 360 ..claim I wrote 3 days ago and it’s still written during 24 hours to respond. Why you are working with drivers who cheet the clients and your customer support is not working

Деньги списывают, машину не назначают. Возврата не было.
Списывают деньги просто так
Списывают деньги просто так, даже не назначают автомобиль. Заказ просто исчезает из приложения и деньги списывают, по всем контактам не дозвониться и недописаться.
DiDi is financing Russian aggression in Ukraine
It appears that this company still works and pays taxes in Russia, supporting outrageous war in Ukraine. What a shame! Deleting the app

Какого х*** у меня снялись деньги, за две поездки, но я не разу не поехал, такси даже не назначалось
Supports Russians
App is ok itself, but they continue to work in Russia. So they pay taxes for Russia government. So Didi supports killing Ukrainian children. Shame!
О приложении
Таксисты стоят на месте, а за отмену снимают деньги, водители откровенное быдло, не советую однозначно, лучше переплатить и вызвать другое, чем так опаздывать, но экономить 50 рублей ( и то не всегда )
Долгий поиск машин
10 минут ждал машину, так и не нашли!!! В итоге опоздал!!
Яндекс или диди?
Думал перейти с яндекса , но не тут то было , вызвал машину , привязал карту, пишет машина будет через 15 минут , естественно времени нет , отменяю в течении 30 сек. После информации , пишет мы снимем 50% заказа, хотя я думал перезаказать и что бы взял тот кто до 5 минут приедет! Вывод , яндекс не лучше но у них можно до бесконечности отменять бесплатно и ждать кто быстро припдет. Пс. Приехали еще й на таком го»вне 1995 года с диди .
