Great way to stay committed

I joined my first bet on Dec. 11th. Although it isn’t completed yet (so no $$ won- yet), it has kept me focused and away from temptation. I am currently at my ‘bet’ weight with 2 weeks left! Dietbet is SO GOOD at keeping me focused on the prize that I decided to make another bet, so that I don’t feel like I can relax now (eat more). Thank you diet bet for giving me the incentive to finally lose the weight and stay the course!

Best motivation to lose weight

I have been using this app for years :) I do not feel bad anymore when I gain weight as I will have an excuse to use it and gain money. LOL

Waste of time

Join up, lose the weight, take all the required pictures and then lose money even when you “win” due to a $20 “fee” they bury in the rules. Don’t bother with this app.

Waste of Money

Paid $40 USD ($35 bet, $5 membership that I didnt know was optional) and made back $37.38... I actually LOST money for WINNING a bet

Very misleading

The host of the game I signed up for advertised it as “splitting the pot”. She failed to mention we split what is left of the pot after she got her cut, and the company took theirs as well. I understand that this is their business model, but it’s very misleading advertising. The host is the problem I suspect as she also claimed she’d be offering giveaways, and participating with tips and tricks. She posted a couple of times with pretty generic suggestions that everyone knows, a picture of a can of nuts, and a link to her clothing brand store I guess to sell her wares. I won’t do another Dietbet and will delete the app after I receive my whopping $4 winnings. Suggest you pass. Start a bet with yourself and a jar on your counter. You’ll make more money.
