I’ve been using StepBet for several years now. I signed up to be a member and participate in 3 challenges at a time. It is a good way to stay motivated, and while it doesn’t pay great dividends, I usually come away with about $20 per month, which is a little little bonus to put towards stuff I want to buy. I highly recommend this app for someone who wants some accountability in getting steps. I’ve only had a few issues during the years I have been using the app, and the people who work the help desk are very knowledgeable and helpful. No negative experiences at all. It is also a good sense of community in the games. I am more active in the conversation some times more than others. All in all, great app.

After a long absence of approximately 2 years, I have returned to StepBet, despite being off to a “rocky start” due to sync issues! Awesome Customer Service Help
I was out of the country, the country I was in did not support StepBet app and I was in the middle of a challenge
I was able to contact support through an email and they were able to help sync my steps for me (with proof submitted from my tracking device, date, time, screenshot)
I was panicking and they helped ease my mind
I love this app!!!
Scam since the owner changed
Takes way to much time to get paid, no customers support and no drawng of an Apple watch in my group. It’s like that since the owner changed
They steal your money
Even though you’re allowed to opt out during warm up week they give you no way to do so within the app.
I emailed support and have not heard back. It especially leaves a bad taste in my mouth as somebody who works in software. Def intentional that they make it impossible to opt out even though they promote that you can get a refund for a challenge within a certain amount of time.
Did not honour cancellation
Way better has been charging my credit card since June 2023. Via email, I can I cancelled within the trial period. The refund was processed. I assumed everything was good, only to discover in December that my credit card has getting charged monthly. They refused to refund me because “ it is not within the seven days”
So beware with cancellations.😔

Love the app, the challenges and the customer service. I needed help due to phone and tracker changes and they were awesome, quick to respond and helped me get all sorted out.

I couldn’t login on the 4 day of week 5
This app looked good for first 5 week but then after that I was logged out of the app and couldn’t log back in. This is the worst betting playform i have ever seen. I strongly disagree using this app. Thank you for reading this review.
Issues updating
I like the app but it regularly just refuses to update my steps. I have to open and close it and press update 10 times until it works it’s quite annoying.
