The re-design is so buggy, especially when going through payment. Ordering something requires so many additional clicks and landing pages compared to the previous versions that I dread opening the app. Wish I could give it a 0.

The app tells me I have rewards but when I try to claim them it says they’re not available

Dig recently changed their app. Unfortunately no improvements. Only disappointments. It’s no longer easy to view calories or food descriptions. Now I hardly ever order from there.

It makes you link a card to get rewards and then refuses to allow you to use the linked card. Why do they even make you use a linked card in order to get rewards? Wont be back

You guys removed the ability to upload screenshots of receipts that got texted to me. I have to take a picture of a physical receipt using the app. Allowing access to the camera. I don’t understand the thought behind that. I’ve lost hundreds of points because of this update. I’m not longer a customer. Done with this nonsense. I use Apple Pay to pay for the food so I can’t and will not give you guys my credit card info. It’s just a broken system.

Got stuck on adding a tip with no way to place my order.

It feels like a chore to use. Does not use standard iOS practices - no autofill support for email address or credit card. Multiple attempts clicking the email authentication link for it to work.

The previous app was so much better. I earned a reward and it’s constantly not allowing me to use it. I even tried getting help from people at the locations and they can’t even help. Hire a new tech team, cause whoever is behind this is good.

I am unable to use the app to place the delivery order because I am unable to see the menus or the locations on the map. You guys need to improve your delivery order system.
