Please fix your App. I can’t upload my receipt to get points.
Now it seems I lost my status and never got an email why or an emailed answer from me regarding the new changes. Every time they change the app it takes two months and then they change it again .
I use your app all the time—since the most recent update, at checkout the app says “do you mean to deliver to this address?” and it lists the address of the Dig Inn I’m ordering from. I can’t get it to deliver to my actual address at all
New rewards are…. Terrible. The $5 off after $50 spend was the best. Additionally - I lost my status. Just really disappointed.
1. My reward kept erroring out and I had no way to remove it without trashing the entire cart 2. My order history was cleared so I couldn’t quickly reorder 3. My card got duplicated multiple times (probably as a result of me trying to submit an order with an invalid reward) 4. It doesn’t auto select a card? Just one additional friction point to ordering 5. No apple pay 6. The restaurant had an issue so I still had to go to the place to order manually. 7. Couldn’t search nearby locations. I eventually found out I had my location permissions set to never but yall could have set some messaging indicating that along with a deep link into the phone settings
The old app was frustrating at best, new version is somehow even more dysfunctional. Wasted 20 minutes trying to place a simple order of the classic dig, wouldn’t let me pay because of a phone number that it wouldn’t let me enter (after numerous bugs to even get to that point). At this point, I wish I could just order from them on Seamless or GrubHub because the food is legitimately great.
Updated version has a poor layout and design
I’ve been a regular visitor to DIG for a while & love the new app. Rewards are easy to use & the food quality is usually top-tier every time I visit.
Love the food, huge fan actually. However the app needs sooooo many fixes, seems like these “updates” just make it worse and sometimes it won’t even let me place an order which can be annoying during rush hours. Also, I lost some rewards from updating. Please Dig Inn hire better people for your team and get rid of whoever is in control of this cause this is the third or fourth time this happened to me, and it seems others would agree from reading the reviews. Thank you, besides that the food is great!
