Amazing lunch option

Crash

You app constantly crashes. I cannot order delivery anymore - it stalls every time. I had to go to your competitor although I really like DIG. Please get the problem fixed.

Charged my card and didn’t place the order, no response for refund

I placed an order in this app and while my credit card was charged immediately the app showed an error and the order did not go through. I reached out to support to resolve the $40 charge with no services rendered and received an automated notification that it might take a week to get back to me.

Fabulous Fave

This place from NY is exceptional! We have it delivered quite often. My usual is Custom bowl w hot chicken, half farro half salad, charred Broc & sweet pot. But change it up sometimes to get the charred carrots & now w summer to bbq chick, corn etc. LOVE THIS FOOD. Healthy & delish!

Good enough

Honestly, I was a tad disappointed with the app. The basic functionality is there, but there are a few things that I didn’t enjoy. 1. It gets confusing when they start shoving “add extra …” to the user after upon completing each order. Personally, it’s a bit intrusive. 2. It doesn’t have a reward system besides referring friends. 3. The pick up location is awkwardly placed at the bottom of the screen. But overall, I like the app aesthetically and how smooth it runs.

Love all the great healthy choices! The salads are so hearty and flavorful. Definitely recommend and I will be back repeatedly.

Decent app horrible everything else

The app works fine too bad it can’t prepare your food in a reasonable amount of time it says it will be ready. Don’t go there if you have any sort of time constraints.
