Love the simplicity
I love the simplistic design and that it doesn’t track calories but focuses on just being conscious of your habits. I’d love to have some push notifications to remind me to enter in it every day like my menstrual cycle app prompts me to record how I’m feeling and what Im drinking etc.
So simple… I don’t care about the calories
Such an easy app to use. I don’t care about the calories I’m taking in it’s just the food.

Some ads, as you’d expect with a free app, but not so many that it’s obnoxious to use.

My only complaint is that when I try to swipe up from the bottom to close the app, it often doesn’t work and instead swipes left/right to different days. This is an issue I’ve never really encountered in other apps, it’s almost like the swipe up bar is inactive and greyed out. I know there is an exit app button in the menu, but I prefer to use the app switcher. Otherwise I think this app is great for when you want to easily keep track of your food throughout the day without tracking calories.
Date settings
Having the date reading backwards puts me off. Need date settings. Option to have DD/MM/YYYY. Currently it’s YYYY/MM/DD. Would use it if you can include date settings.
such a great health app
this app is revolutionary in the world of food tracking apps out there. it lets you keep track of your food without counting calories or scoring you based off of very restrictive guidelines. i love the simplicity of being able to type out what you have eaten and done daily for you to reflect on without a number in sight. that being said, i wish it was more connected to the apple health app so that in the exercise category your steps recorded would show up. otherwise, totally amazing app i love that it is a massive step away from toxic diet culture 🤎🤎 will be buying premium simply to support the creators ☺️

Love this. I wanted a diary to keep a record of what I eat. Didn’t want calorie counting just so I’m aware of what it is I’m eating. Hate the pressure of calorie counting

I like this app. It’s easy to use and no calorie counting which is exactly what I want. The only improvement that I would suggest is the incorporation of a mood section to track mood moods while eating.

I have been looking for an app to just record what I have eaten during the day. I didn’t want to count calories, fat or carbs.
This app is perfect for what I wanted. It is simple to use.
Now I don’t have to worry which notebook I was using.
