Bought 2 electric toothbrushes for kids (1 stars wars themed, 1 mickey). We paid a bit more for these models instead of more neutral models with the idea of using this app. Unfortunately scanning of devices not working. App is useless and kids dissapointed. Asking for in-app purchases for nothing but a design is nonsense.

It stopped working on all devices for the last few days now. Always says no connection. Very disappointed kids here now.
Cannot connect anymore. Kids love it and are sad it stopped working
For some unknown reason the app decided to stop using the camera. We can’t scan new characters or use the AR, because it claims we need to change the settings. The app is set to use the camera and it was able to do it before, but today it doesn’t want to anymore. Very sad child here tonight …
The kids love this app. They’re excited to brush their teeth twice per day now. Too bad it’s data can’t be synced on 2 different devices.
