Not working
My son has been using and loving this app for a year. However, it suddenly not working tonight after we purchased the new tickets yesterday. The app kept showing “checking for updated translations”. Pls fix it asap.

Princess loves it but it doesn’t work for princesses
My princess loves the app, but it failed to scan Ariel (Princess series) after changing to the new toothbrush.
No language support
Bought the toothbrush and d/l’d this app for my child... and it loaded in Chinese. No option to select or setup language. We can’t read Chinese so this renders it useless. Very disappointed, but not as disappointed as my child.
No English Support
What a dumb App! It does allow you to have it in English! It’s only available in Simplified Chinese.
App bugs
No sound in last few days. Please fix.
Can’t download for the loading
Always 0%, can’t get in.
language setting is not available.
I never find a language setting in the app. Although I can’t read Chinese at all, this app never provide any chance to change or choose language which I want, fixing the Chinese set up. It is ridiculous seriously, because the global brand Oral-B made this. And in the language explanation on the App Store, there is written as English. What a mess!
Please improve this app
The app cannot scan the characters at all and my kid is so upset.
Page respond very slow after update
Changing each page takes more than a minute to load. Please fix ASAP. It is very annoying!!
Traditional Chinese
There’s no option to choose the language setting and only simplified Chinese is available besides English. This is a serious issue for such an international company. Besides the app is not responding after the update and it annoyed my kids so much. It is such a bad app!
