The only way to unlock new album and characters is to buy it in the app. The scanner doesn’t unlock anything. Tried toothbrushes toothpaste with McQuenn and it doesn’t work.

Cannot restore purchases
The app was working great until a month ago. I’ve bought for my kid many of the characters on the app and he was really happy brushing his teeth. Unfortunately the app after every brush stopped giving new pictures for more than a month . The child is disappointed. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it in iOS . Unfortunately after several attempts my purchases cannot be restored . The app doesn’t react at all after pressing the restore purchases button. It’s really disappointing .
It sucks
The app does not even support my son’s toothbrush.
Good program
My child like this program, but last time it didn’t work.
The App is stuck
A clock in front of a blue background remains there endlessly doing nothing. It worked the first time when I had to pay for an extra character and the seized to work the next time. Waste of money and what a disappointment from something coming from Disney!

Τώρα είναι όλα κλειδωμένα και θέλουν λεφτά λεφτά λεφτά για να λειτουργήσουν. Ετοιμάζομαι για διαγραφή γιατί εκτός απο μένα, έχει εκνευρίσει και το παιδί. Απίθανοι 2 και κλάιν μάιν...

Η εφαρμογή ειναι πολύ χρήσιμη για τα παιδιά, αλλά έχει προβλήματα καθώς είναι αργή και κολλάει. Επίσης τελευταία δεν μου δίνει ήχο παρόλο που είναι ενεργοποιημένος.
Problem
It doesn't recognise my brush. What is going on? I read the instructions. No solution!
App has no sound
I want to give this app a 5 star because we like it but there’s no sound. I’ve checked all my settings and I’ve made sure I said yes to the sound question and yet no sound. Am I missing something? 1/3/25. I updated my review from one star to 5 after receiving a response on this review from the developer
