The contents of this app are to die for tbh but it bothers me that I MUST leave the app open in order to download offline TV shows / movies. Another thing that’s actually infuriating is the fact that after the download the TV show / movie DOES NOT PLAY. Disney+ please fix these issues.

I used to pay every month in saudi but when i moved to the UK all of a sudden its all indian, i paid over £50 just for it to end up indian, why is this happening? I want a refund and my normal pixar and disney and nat geo back please!

Despite multiple calls to customer service, the issue with the unavailability or improper functioning of the Hindi language has not been resolved. This is frustrating, especially considering the monthly cost of 41 Saudi Riyals. For a platform of Disney’s reputation, this lack of resolution over such a long period is unacceptable. If the issue is not fixed soon, it raises the question of whether continuing the subscription is worth it. Please address this problem immediately.
