New version is horrible. All I do is correct photos and save them. This used to take 2 seconds and now takes minutes per photo … it’s now unusable

I really like the recent improvements but wondering why it takes so long for photos to save - I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro.
Tried this out after a friend recommended it and went to pay for a month premium. Was charged $43.97 AUD instead of $9.99 as advertised and then the app sets you up for AUTOMATIC RENEWAL which you can't cancel in the app, doesn't appear in your Apple account subscriptions and customer support says you need to contact apple to cancel. On-top of that the app crashes constantly when trying to load videos and reduces frame rate from 60fps to what looks like 20fps. Overall terrible experience that I'm still having trouble to cancel. Should be removed from the app store
I have the paid version of the app and have sent a request for help with no reply. The app keeps crashing everytime I go to colour correct an image or video. I have reinstalled many times, tried resetting my phone, nothing is working. Very frustrating!
This site is massively ruined by all the creeps bits chat rooms that flood the front page

I wish I could use this app. I pay for premium but the app force closes whenever I try to download a video or photo after colour correct it freezes then force closes. Really disappointing.
The product has been great, but their product support is terrible, close to non existent. Worse than that, they don’t, maybe even won’t, actively engage with you to fix financial problems with purchases when upgrading to VIP. I have been chasing them for over a month about my VIP purchased upgrade, their system mistakenly credited it as a month instead of a year. And now no one replies to emails sent. Posts on their FB page and messages sent through it are supposedly sent/forwarded to the CEO for action. But no reply is received at all to that. And the support channel personnel say they can’t do anything more to escalate it...
