Ich hatte eine bestehende VIP Mitgliedschaft, die durch ein Software Update verloren gegangen ist und konnte sie nicht mehr selbst aktivieren. Der Support war sehr langsam und nicht kooperativ nach 2 Wochen hatte ich immer noch keine positive Rückmeldung. Somit habe ich zu einem anderen Anbieter gewechselt, der übrigens auch noch preiswerter ist.

Alle paar Videos stürzt die App mittlerweile ab und funktioniert erst nach Neuinstallation wieder, wie viele andere vor mir ja auch schon schreiben. Sowas nicht zu beheben geht nicht in einem Bezahl-Abo...

Die App stürzt dauernd ab Niemand geht das Problem an und niemand erstattet den bezahlten Jahresbeitrag.

Seit dem Update kommt beim Speichern eine Fehlermeldung. Super !!

Fotos sehen gar nicht mal so schlecht aus. Aber die Videonachbearbeitung ist ein Graus… Die colorierten Videos ruckeln ganz schlimm. Und es kann sicher nicht am Phone liegen… Habe ein 15pro… Bin ein wenig entäuscht, da ich für einen Monat 6,99€ ausgegeben habe und nur mittelmässige bis schlechte Qualität bekomme… in meinen Augen für Videos nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Using the app since years! Amazing color correction for dive vids. Just annoying that the apps hangs each 2-3 vids. Sometimes no chance to save a single vid. New installation required! I am paying for the app. Not happy about the crashes - losing so much time

App is great but it has so many bugs that I have to deinstall it, reinstall it again and continue to use it. When this happens each time I convert more than 10 videos it becomes annoying!!!

Generally a great app but it keeps crashing while trying to upload a video. Please fix the bug as I’m paying for it.

The app worked so well until May/June. Then a new update was released with a new look and since then the photo correction doesn’t work at all anymore. It takes ages to save a photo and at least 50% of the time, the app crashes before the photo is saved. Updated my phone in case the app is not compatible but nothing changed. Same for my husband who has a different phone, so it’s not because I have an iPhone 12. Very frustrating because we both pay the pro version and can’t use the app at all anymore.

Die Color-Correction wäre super, leider bekommt man selbst gegen Bezahlung kein batch-processing für Videos und alle 3-4 Videos schmiert die App während der Konvertierung ab und funktioniert nicht mehr, bis man sie komplett neu installiert. Absolut entsetzlich.
