My interface on the app totally changed and looks different. The slider doesn’t work anymore and won’t stay where I am satisfied - it reverts back to way too much saturation. Please bring back the old interface for photos. This new one doesn’t work and I paid.

Recent upgrade causes the video correction to crash the app. It’s been long enough - just push out the previous version. I’m a paid subscriber, let me get my money’s worth. The previous version worked fine.

Paid for the subscription and the video just makes the app close. Photos looks great, but as soon as you click the video, it closes the app. Please fix it, or refund.

I have had paid version for years. The picture conversion works great. Recently, the video conversion is not working at all. The app closes down as soon as I tap on a video to convert. Very disappointing. Please fix this issue.

The filter works great but it’s way too expensive

Broke my camera on vacation and had to use a loaner and the loaner setting were all haywire. But Dive+ fixed the color of all my photos and saved the day!!

I wanted to try this software after a year of not diving. Last year it would crash when processing a GoPro video. The first “glitch” was I signed up for a 1 month subscription. However when I got the receipt from apple, it was for a yearly subscription. I applied for a refund on the fact that I selected a monthly subscription but got charged for a yearly subscription, and was told that a refund was not available. Bait and switch! Also, when I had tried this software a year ago, and it would crash when processing GoPro videos. It still does this. I guess I’m stuck with this useless software for a year, and unless the vendor addresses these issues, I will move on to other offerings or process my dive pictures manually.

I’ve paid for the annual subscription and I can’t save color corrected videos. So annoying. All the app does is freeze or give me a Phphotos error message anytime i attempt to save the videos. Waste of time and money

I’ve only had this app for very short amount of time and it is so much fun and it’s so easy. I absolutely love it.

Don’t buy it!! Like so many Chinese websites, this one takes your money and the software is no longer supported. There is no one in customer service anymore.
