Warum kann man sich nicht einfach mit der Versichtertennummer anmelden?! Wäre ja zu einfach, nein, wir brauchen die Karte ofer es geht garnichts! Überbürokratisch, unsinniges gängeln. Keine Flexibilität, kein Mitdenken (bei Designern und Beta-Testern). Typisch

App hängt sich auf
Die App muss andauernd neu installiert werden, weil sie sich aufhängt.
Bewertung vor dem ersten Login?
Wer es nicht abwarten kann, bekommt nur einen Punkt. Wer auf dem Tablet nicht funktioniert, eigentlich Null.
Décompte
Bonjour, Ce serait bien de pouvoir consulter les décompte sur l app. Status envoyé, remboursé. Tellement plus pratique. L application Van Breda permet de suivre le traitement et de voir le décompte sur l’application. Cordialement
Registratie werkt niet
Registratie flow werkt niet. Na het ingeven van de persoonsgegevens worden de velden “gebruikersnaam” en “wachtwoord” niet herkend als tekstvelden. Daardoor zijn deze niet in te vullen. Aanmeldgegevens om de app zijn ook niet dezelfde als deze op de website. Helemaal onlogisch. Het is alsof DKV je het zo moeilijk mogelijk maakt om kosten in te dienen.

Message d’erreur récurrent lors des tentatives de connexion
Kosten opladen werkt niet meer
Sowieso al jaren een archaïsche app, niet geïntegreerd van kosten indienen tot uitbetaling. Maar wat het wel deed (kosten indienen) werkte toch nog redelijk. Maar nu lukt kosten indienen via opladen foto ook al niet meer. Snel fixen a.u.b. !
