I subscribed 3 months ago because I wanted to watch “Dig”. I’ve been trying since then to chrome cast it to the tv and I haven’t been successful. I’ve enjoyed other docs on the tv but for some reason I can’t get the one doc I really want to watch working. Today I tried again, I could stream it but it seems all that is available to watch is the trailer! I give up 😩

I’m thankful for all the stories, the makers of these films bring to us. We get to witness our fellow humans expressing their gifts, their joy, their sorrows and their strength and love. Also the magic of the natural world, the remote places we will never visit, the waves we will never surf but can marvel at them nonetheless. So inspiring.

The app keeps crashing. When I select a documentary to read the info it immediately crashes. Seems to be worse with series rather than one off programmes.

Works perfectly on iPhone and appleTV, don’t understand why it crashes within seconds on iPad. Can only rate 1 star for the app, 5 star for the content on other devices other than iPad

Tried the trial and couldn’t watch anything without providing credit card details even though I subscribed through apple and would have been charged through my Apple ID account as with all my subscriptions.very suspicious insisting on getting my card details when they already have them through Apple ,it’s a shame but I would stay away from this app

Was going to subscribe to this but the app crashes within a 10 seconds of opening it Shame. Software bug issues???

Rip off. No captions for the Deaf and hearing impaired and visually impaired - where are our human address equal rights - shame on you. It’s not the world’s greatest doco. Netflix is damnit good with captions you must fix that !

Whoever decided on the content must be a like minded spirit. In particular the music docs, fantastic! Not many places you get to see this number of 80’s punk docs. Have had issues with the cast function not working but seems to have been resolved, I hope.

This place won’t Stop sending me emails even tho I unsubscribed from their app months ago! I have hit the unsubscribe button on the actual emails but it always bounces back to me! Poor service!

Sometimes the docos won’t open or load. Once they do load they’ll play on the iPhone but won’t cast to the tv, just keeps the loading symbol running. All other apps I have that can use chromecast are working fine with no problems. It’s very hit and miss
