Some of the best shows, but the worst streaming platform
Acorn could be the best of all our streaming sites with the programs offered, but it has the worst platform, constantly buffering without any reason! Series don’t start on Ep.1, many eps won’t play! We have max Wifi speed, unlimited wifi which operates perfectly on Netflix, Neon, Spotify and all the other TV+ and streaming channels we run. Maybe it’s run out of Australia, enough said!
Great content appalling interface
There is no easy way to switch off subtitles!
Why is there no way to watch without closed captions?
This ridiculous!
Also The way shows are categorised is limited. Why can’t they have an alphabetical text list rather the multiple images, it takes way too long!
More variety
Please can we have more shows like Girlfriends or Ladies of Letters. I enjoyed No Offence and others but I am so over all the police/detective shows now. You can only watch so many so more variety please.
Acorn Tv
The absolute best TV experience I have and will continue to enjoy.
Love it all
Cannot watch outside of US
Over a week now ive been u able to watch Acorn tv.. ipad comes up with “unable to watch outside the US “ been watching in NZ for over two years, usually its great but now very disappointing. Have connected tech support.. No Support back!!
Acorn
Acorn will not open on iPad
Will not load on my iPad
Have reloaded the app on my iPad several times and it still will not open. Have checked that I have the latest IOS update (says you need ISO 10 or above) so that’s not the problem. I won’t be continuing with Acorn once my 7 day trial is over as I primarily stream on my iPad.
Nothing to write home about now - or watch!
I really like Acorn, but since the new update the app closes down on me as soon as I open it. Nothing is different, no VPN, so what’s going on?
Great content/crappy app
Love watching the programs, however the app is “Doing my head in”.
Everytime it updates I have to delete it & start again ☹️
Now I can’t even login, even though the email address & password are accurate = soo frustrating 😠
TV app lacks search functionality
The acron platform has some great shows that you can’t stream elsewhere which is awesome. However, the TV app on my Apple TV for Acorn does not have search function, and the sort alphabetically doesn’t work. This is extremely frustrating when trying to find a show. Please fix this, the app on my phone has a search function. This really should be a primary foundational functionality across all app platforms for a streaming service that charges a monthly fee.
