I cancelled this subscription months ago and have been charged twice since then. Trying to get to my subscription page is ridiculous because it won't show me anything. I'm trying to get a refund on these subscription charges that never should have been. Unless you want them to keep charging you and not letting you see what in the world is going on, don't bother with this one. Unless someone actually contacts me and takes care of this issue, I will put them on blast everywhere I can.

They will scam you out of your money buyer beware . They auto renew and won’t refund you within your 14 day money back period. No way to get in touch with a live person .

Deceptive practices! I was charged the $33 every 3 months for about a year and then suddenly the rate doubled to $60 without my agreement. I emailed the company and they said, basically, we can do that if we want. Read the fine print!! So when you agree to be charged you are agreeing to be charged literally anything they want at any time! Beware!! They said: As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, specifically section 5.8.3, the Company may change subscription plans and pricing from time to time. Renewals are charged at the current rates applicable at the time of renewal, which may be higher or lower than the original service period rates.

I kept trying to cancel the app but it would never let me get to the cancellation option. It kept charging me for the subscription and customer service is terrible.

Love the app but needs updating It is not formatted for 16Pro Max layout. The back button is in line with the time and does not respond to tapping Also the header row is lost in the notch. 2nd can we scan a barcode of an item to add as food. That would be a great update Also can we set the water bottle size so each time we do not have to reset it eg I use an 18oz bottle and have to change the size after each one finished Thanks for responding so fast

They only take your money for nothing also they don’t provide a good plan and it’s look like they created this app in 60s

Don’t get this product. They say they bill quaterly or annually . Not correct. I just realized I’m being charged monthly and every month the price is going up. Currently paying $50 and i cancelled a long time ago . The app is not working and email support has bounced back so there is no one to talk to to make it stop. So now I have to cancel my cc again!!! Scammed

This app is not reliable, you can’t cancel the membership and they continue to charge you after you try to cancel. There aren’t a lot of great recipes available on their app. You’re better off just googling or following someone on Instagram for guidance.

The food tracking isn't good; "Lose it" has a much more robust and friendly way to do that. But, I bought the DoFasting Smart Scale. I love the information it gives me, such as hydration and bone and muscle mass. But to use the scale's connectivity, you HAVE to subscribe. AND, it does NOT share the data with the Apple Health app. So, I guess it would be worthwhile, if the other tracking aspects were better.

I’m disappointed with myself that I even tried this app. The food tracking is terrible - definitely just use my fitness pal and then set a timer on your phone. It’s ridiculous this terrible of an app even exists. Seriously save your money!!!
