I want to cancel my subscription asap. No button
You pay $1 to take a small quiz that takes you to the page to pay for three months. Unbelievable!
I have sent a couple of emails about a refund and they disappeared Update: they did respond and sent me the refund
I can keep track of my own fasting hours, and otherwise this app was not useful for me. I don’t have a Fitbit or Apple Watch so the step tracker is useless. The food log is worse than others I’ve tried. And the “personalized plan” was nothing but a recommended number of fasting hours. No new information here at all. To make it worse..they automatically renewed my subscription even after I left a bad review. Not acceptable. I did not authorize automatic payments for this and will fight for a refund. Ridiculous.
Worse customer service!!! Over charged due to an error made. They claim there is nothing they can do seeing I canceled my account. Return emails seem to be AI generated!! Sad we no longer care about customer relations *update finally after putting a claim in with PayPal they were able to offer me a credit.
When it works it is great but lately it repeatedly loses all my data and makes me start over.
Beware. They charge you automatically and it’s impossible to cancel. Do not order
Not only is the app pretty useless if you have just a little bit of knowledge, but even though I canceled my subscription they auto renewed it.
This App is FRAUD — if you download Ana try it, then CANCEL, they will retain your payment information and blindly charge you—you will not be able to get a refund and they do NOT cancel. Avoid this app and Google it online—many customers have been victimized by this company. I’ve had to change my Credit Card and filed complaints on PayPal to warn others. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
I wish I could give this app zero stars. I wanted to try this for a week to see if it was worth it so purchased the 7 day plan for $4.99. Of course I then had to click through and decline a seemingly endless amount of “offers” and “add-ons” to finish my purchase. To my surprise, I ended up with a 3 month subscription for $54.90- clearly I clicked something wrong by mistake. I immediately contacted customer service to let them know and the best they could do was offer me a 25% refund on the 3 month subscription. So I somehow still was charged $4.99 for 7 days and will now, post my “refund offer” pay $41 for a grand total of $46 for my intended 7 days of use. Oh and after about an hour, I see there is very little value in this app at all. I was interested in information and there are 22 articles, the entirety of which I got through in about 20 minutes. Some of the information was informative and helpful but a good portion was also common sense. Certainly not worth anything near the amount I just had to pay. Your better offer reading one of the many published articles on IF and getting real life accounts of Reddit. Oh and having a countdown of when you can eat is completely unnecessary- if you’ve been fasting for 16 hours trust me you’ll know when you can eat. If you do purchase this app, be very careful when it comes time to navigate all their add ons and offers because they are happy to keep your money if you click by mistake.
