somehow our funds have been diverted to a bocus account for a while let’s see DOORDASH will solve the problem , and pay us what we are owned

3rd class app and support

They need to get out of software business if they cannot solve simple cache issue which is preventing me from login in the app for weeks now.

Why?

Why are you people hiding the customer “error” claims? 98% of the time your customers are looking for free food if that’s the case then DoorDash should pay for them! We as the merchants pay 40-50% of our income to DoorDash fees, advertising and discounts to customers! This is pathetic to hide that information from the plain sight! In store customers almost never complain but somehow DoorDash customers think we make mistake 20% of the time! This another scam for DoorDash to pass on their cost to their merchants!

No Support For Anything

Looking to replace the tablet given to us for my mom’s restaurant. Samsung tablet we bought can’t complete an API call or something, but the storefront just won’t load. Since my mom’s birthday was close, I tried gifting her my iPad Pro I had use for school for use as the new store tablet, but the iOS version is just an imported version of the android version with no horizontal screen support, and it’s barely readable.

Can’t even get app to log me in.. 95% of the time it’s down

It stinks..
