Yelp for Business App

I recently had a disappointing experience with Yelp. As a small business owner, I worked hard to build my reputation, and my customers left genuine reviews on my business page. However, Yelp removed several of these legitimate reviews without explanation, which felt unfair and unprofessional. When I reached out to understand why, the response was vague, and it became clear that their practices were not transparent. This affected my business’s credibility and trust with potential customers. Due to this, I decided to cancel my Yelp business account. I cannot recommend Yelp to other small business owners looking for a fair platform to showcase their work and customer feedback.

I’ve asked numerous times to take down the bogus review by Pamela, ex competitor company, and you’ve done NOTHING.

Easy to use

After my truck was for almost 2 month at the dodge ram dealership my truck still had the same problem. I was so mad and frustrated I went for a drive in the area to see if I can find a mechanic shop. To my surprise IDM auto solution was open not for the public yet. I asked if they can help me and sure enough I was greeted by manny. Manny listen to my problem. His dad manny sr took my truck and bam he found the problem on the spot! Thank you for helping me. See you soon!

I spent an hour with a wonderful customer success representative, and another 2 hours seeing up my business profile, uploading photos, just to have my business account closed because they mixed me up with someone. I can’t log in any more and can’t get customer’s messages. Can’t prove anything to them, it’s that’s how it is we don’t offer you service, f… you go elsewhere. Not a platform you can rely on for your business.
