I’m beyond frustrated and will never use this app again. I placed a large order and the order was never delivered. They refused to refund me for the order or replace the items ordered. They say it’s their policy to not refund in these cases. Please take your money to a company that orders better customer service and don’t steal your money.
Not able to log in in any way, no msg to my phone or anything and in general just the worst app to navigate through!! Do NOT recommend!!!!!

Somebody signed up using my e-mail address. How is this possible without access to my inbox? Now I’m getting spam mail from DoorDash. I’m trying to close my account but you need to verify a phone number from a country that they service, which I don’t have living elsewhere. Trying to file a support ticket results in an error page. What kind of amateur scam service is this??
Don’t use it if your in Toronto. Places are closed according to DoorDash when they’re not. Or you order on DoorDash only to have your order cancelled after 45 minutes, to call the restaurant and hear they don’t work with DD any more because of bad experiences. Save yourself the time. Use Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, whatever. Anything but DoorDash!
Cannot link PayPal and customer service is not prompt or helpful. Was not able to place order using multiple credit and debit cards
I ordered 20 jalapeño cheddar bites. I got chicken wings. When I filed my complaint they offered me a few dollars store credit. All I wanted was my delivery. Or at least the right amount of money to order it again. This went against their policy. So BE WARE! When a restaurant makes a mistake, Doordash will make you pay for it! I deleted the app and will never use their service again.
I ordered food for 170$, i got called from the dasher, went downstairs but no one was there! I waited 30 minutes still no one came. App says order is delivered. Tried the support 4 times already, it just tells me not able to refund and closes the ticket. Thanks for nothing! Never again
Need to get the receipt of my order but cannot login anymore. The app gives a stupid reason “please check your internet connectivity”. My internet is totally fine that I could even rate my orders from link in the emails you sent me but just cannot login.
