Dott – Unlock your city

Not good app, Tier app redirect me to this app, I try 10 times to verify my account make sure to follow by letter all the verification instructions until I couldn’t try again . Then , when I write to chat bot didn’t have the city I was at the moment ,Heilbronn Germany ( at tier they say all the tier scooter will work with dott app from now on at Heilbronn ) The app sucks so ooo bad 👎

I registered in order to use the service in Rome, I paid 10 euros and then extra 4,99 euros to use a package and then I couldn’t upload an id required for verification. I contacted their help center and they didn’t have a field to upload the id and resolve the issue, they said they would contact me and I received an email the next day that I wasn’t not uploading it properly, with extra instructions that weren’t all in the app or communicated via the help center. I had both national id and passport and none was accepted. I requested for a refund and they only approved 4,99 of the package as they claimed that they cannot refund the rest of the amount according to their terms and conditions. I have requested to escalate the issue as I don’t understand how you charge a customer before you make sure they are eligible to use the service and they have completed all the fields required.

They let u park in very few areas we had to do 1.5km more to reach a parking spot.. In a blue area it wouldn’t let us!!! 10euro for nothing

It is the worse app and worse scooter and bike I have ever drive first of all it too expensive £2 just unlock bike ! Charging every second and it say in the app 0.17 p per minute I did only 6 minutes ride and charge me £7! So how 0.17 it will cost £7!!!! Also I can not drive it far there is small zone you be there only other way you can not lock it or leave which is mean it will continue charging you !!! Seriously I got really bad time and get tired of finding where I should park it ! Because also you have to park it in specific place !!! Don’t download or register you will have bad experience as well

Very easy to get and the app has all the info you need. I had a great ride in Malaga ! You just need to watch the map to see where you cannot ride!

do you enjoy going from one specific spot on the pavement to another specific spot? do you love it when these specific spots are really far away? then you'll love this app. it's terrible. you have to park and/or pause only on parking spots marked on the map. and there are few parking spots in the city. so yea.. useless. I used it and had to still walk 15min because the closest parking spot was that far from my destination.
