I was using Dott for for almost 2 years straight and i was in love with the feeling of riding the e-scooter. However, a month ago i got randomly banned (can’t use any of my payments methods even the new ones) for nothing and without any explanation given. From that moment i can’t use Dott and still haven’t got any explanation why. I was trying to contact support, but they are just ignoring me.
I live in Poland and money is deducted for unknown trips in Amsterdam.
Tried to register account being in Padova, Italy, using ukrainian phone number in roaming. But the sms with code didn't come after 5 tries. I think it's disgusting move from international company to do so in such a moment when all the civilized world supports my country. I hope that's a bug, not a pro-agression position of the company

Je regrette d'avoir choisi le nom du point, je ne m'attendais pas à jeter -40€, je ne sais pas pourquoi j'ai acheté un tarif à 2,99€ et je suis allé selon la norme jusqu'à 30 minutes, et je l'ai éteint , mais ils voulaient quelque chose pour extorquer de l'argent aux gens, alors je dirai à tout le monde qu'ils ne choisissent pas le divorce pour de l'argent
