As a rule, AppStore renews subscriptions at least 24 hrs before the current period end date. To find all the information on managing the subscriptions billed through Apple, please go to your iTunes account.
Please note that subscriptions are canceled through iTunes/Apple account settings, not through the DragonPals app. The subscription (as well as the free trial period) can be canceled any time but at least 24 hrs before the end date of the current period.

Subscription paid but app still in free trial mode
Hi there, we have paid for a month to month subscription but it is still in the free trial mode with no access to certain games. We can’t access any new games, and can’t change the age for when my older son wants to play.
Useless app don’t purchase
This app is useless & won’t allow me to cancel subscription
Cannot access on multiple devices.
Subscription is seen on my iPhone but my iPad using the same Apple user does not allow me to play the premium version of the game. Even though I have paid for it.
No free content
This is an educational app! Why are we being charged for the content?
