We download the free trial but it gives us full year subscription and deduct the amount from the credit card. Want to cancel the subscription and get the refund back
Billing issues
Got advertisement to buy Keiki world for a year. Purchased for 1 year in March... however same limited options in the app. Probably needed to download another app first ... and now my subscription is not for world. Not very clear. My kid hasnt used the app until now since its the same boring games. Wasted a lot of money!
Subscription
I purchased this app on a monthly basis. But they charged me for 1 whole year (192.99aed) I just want to try this app for 1 month. How can I get my money back? If I cancel it can I refund the amount?
Cheating
I downloaded this app on 02/06/2020 and subscribed it for a month and paid 37aed. On 09/06/2020 all the options got locked again. How come my subscription finished with a week??
