I paid total £75.71 from 28th December 2023 to March 2024 but I couldn’t access the app activities. When I asked for refund they told me their policy is non refundable. This app is totally a robber. Be aware everyone!

Cancelled the subscription just after getting the app as the app is for much younger children than advertised! My bank account has just been charged £59.99!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Even when I go on the app the subscription isn’t live! I’ll be taking this up with my bank! Advertised for adhd children when it’s just a regular toddler app! Total SCAM!!
Keiki scam, do not buy this game please! You can not delete!
Charge you for nothing, can not see your subscription in Apple Store, not in your account, not in the game! It’s succing your money and can not get rid off it like ever! 89 pound went the drain, kids not even used this.

For 9.99pm this is not what I thought it would be the challenges are far to easy even at 7+ my daughter felt like it was a game for babies
says it has games to help numbers and letters it doesn’t
this is poor it says it has challenges for numbers and letters but there’s none i went for the 7 day trial and totally forgot to cancel and accidentally paid 9.99 waste of money
