1. Can’t update a card when it expires. Will only accept a different card with a new number. Frustrating. 2. Can’t book a second person to a lounge who is also a pass holder. Second pass holder has to do this from their app and the lounge books out two tables. Dumb. 3. Bookings fail more often than they go through. Frustrating 4. Pre booking fees. What are they for if you have a free lounge pass? Just money making.
Basically the time it takes to make this app work is not insignificant. Why is it so hard to use? Multiple restarts needed, won’t take credit card details without going into a death spiral. Sadly no other option for access to lounges provided ‘free’ by the NatWest Black account
As many, many others have reported, it doesn’t retain or recognise your password so you are constantly resetting it. This issue has been persisting for well over a year, likely much more, and they still don’t aren’t I have addressed it.
Keeps asking since iOS update to use Face ID then doesn’t work. Just goes round in circles. Was great when it worked
Really good and easy to use app.
Very useful app, not sure why so many bad reviews maybe a problem with the individuals phone provider. Never had a problem with it personally and have been using it for years👍🏼

Found this app really easy to use, I really like how easy the it is to navigate… definitely recommend.

Each time i try to log in, it never recognise my password and i have to reset it each time. Beyond that it is stuck on a message back from Jan 2022 (yes 2022) warning users that the app will be upgraded and download the new one. Once out of twice i cannot get a lounge pass because of the technical aspect of this app!
