APCOA Connect – Parking

Poor signage and info always people confused in this car park unless u have been before but seeing at it’s for the public civic centre there’s always newcomers and always confused lost people. Needs to be clearer signs everywhere telling you to remember it make note of the time you entered the car park to be able to pay when u leave

Excessive charges

It’s such a rubbish app. You book for 2 days and it doesn’t say that the end time is less than 2 days until you pay. Then you can’t extend for another day. Garbage and robbery.

The app doesnt work and last time it made me miss my train because I couldn’t get ticket to park.they should out ticket machines outside train stations if they have a rubbish app.

BEWARE!!!! this company operate a 24hr parking not from 12:00 till 12:00 but from 4:00am till 4:00am it’s a very devious misleading scam so they can fine you AVOID there car parks and this app they also ask for too much personal information not like other apps where you can just click on Apple Pay AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! DEVIOUS SCAMMERS

9.40 pound per day in zone 8 is hidious.

Only wanted an hour at the station for £2 but the short stay didn’t come up and I had to buy a full day for one £11. Absolute nonsense. Really poor system - Exeter need to use RingGo.

This is a great app. Very straightforward.
